About the Role
Bracken Labs is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design for our core platform — used by 40,000+ teams globally. You'll work closely with product and engineering to define, ship, and iterate on experiences users love.
This is a high-ownership role where you'll be the primary design voice on a 4-person pod, with direct access to leadership and real influence over roadmap direction.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for 1–2 product areas, from discovery through launch
- Define UX patterns and contribute to our design system
- Partner with PMs to shape roadmap and write specs collaboratively
- Facilitate user research and synthesize insights into design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and raise quality standards across the org
Requirements
- 5+ years product design experience, 2+ in a senior or lead role
- Strong Figma skills and a portfolio of shipped, complex products
- Experience in B2B SaaS or developer tooling preferred
- Excellent communication — you can walk a room through design rationale
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity
Compensation & Benefits
- $130,000–$170,000 base salary (USD, global parity)
- Equity with 4-year vest, 1-year cliff
